Turkey: Kurdish Journalist Gülistan Aksoy Deceased In Germany

Gulistan Aksoy, a Kurdish freelance journalist who was severely injured as a result of the explosion of ISIS in 2015 in Girê Spî, Rojava, died in Germany, where she went for treatment.
Gülistan Aksoy has been living in Berlin for treatment since May 2017 and has gone through multiple surgeries.
On August 6, Gülistan’s body was sent from Germany by a cargo plane. She was buried in the cemetery in Bağyaka (Baqistan) Village of Mardin's Savur district with the participation of her family and friends.
