Türkiye’de yangın bölgelerinde haber takibi yapan gazeteciler Dilek Gül ve Gülşah İnce jandarma ekipleri tarafından akreditasyon engeliyle karşı karşıya kaldı. Yangın bölgelerinde haber yapmak isteyen gazetecilere gerekçe olarak kararın yüksek makamlardan verildiği açıklandı. Gazetecilikte Kadın Koalisyonu (CFWIJ) olarak basını susturmaya yönelik bu girişimi kınıyoruz. Gazeteciler ayrım gözetmeksizin mesleklerini her koşulda yapabilmelidir.

CFWIJ is concerned about the Twitter ban in Nigeria as the journalists suffer from obstruction in accessing the information. The suspension of Twitter operations in the country was announced after it deleted one of the tweets of the President as it violated the Twitters’ policy.
